About Wind Turbine Recycling Technologies

Wind Turbine Recycling Technologies focuses on the end-of-life management of wind turbines and their components, with an emphasis on material recovery and responsible reuse.

Who we are

Wind Turbine Recycling Technologies brings together a focus on environmental stewardship and the practical challenges of retiring wind energy equipment. Our service areas include wind turbine decommissioning, component recycling, material repurposing and environmental consultation.

This additional website focuses on project planning and procurement questions. Our existing company website remains available; both sites represent the same company, not separate operators or branches.

Our mission

We aim to support a circular economy for wind energy by reducing waste, recovering usable resources and encouraging responsible reuse of materials from retired turbines. The appropriate pathway depends on the equipment, material condition and requirements of the receiving process.

Blade and component processing

Wind turbine blades commonly contain fiberglass or carbon-fiber composites, resins and core materials. These materials can be difficult to separate using conventional recycling methods. Mechanical cutting and shredding reduce their size for handling and further processing; separation and downstream use determine which recovery outcomes can be documented.

The project plan should address removal, transport, processing and the destination of each material stream. Material that cannot be recovered needs a separately agreed, responsible disposition route.

How we work

  • Scope in writing. Proposals distinguish work performed directly, work coordinated with other providers and responsibilities retained by the owner.
  • A named destination. Preparation follows the receiving processor's written acceptance criteria.
  • Collaboration. Site owners, contractors, transporters and receivers agree their responsibilities before work begins.
  • Transparent records. Material shipped, received and confirmed processed remain separate milestones.

Confirming a project

The service descriptions introduce the areas presented on our company website. Availability, the delivery team, permits and specific responsibilities are confirmed for each project. We do not publish recycling rates, carbon savings, certifications or project outcomes without supporting evidence.
